I have mix feelings about this gym. The Good Plenty of classes to choose from Enough machines Plenty of Parking at Arrowhead Good location and accessible The Bad High price but it's good for those that use the sitter service, showers, lockers, towels, sauna. I wish those like me that do not use the sitter service would get a discount even if we don't use the sauna and showers. The yoga instructors here do not demonstrate the poses. Except two of them Alice and Glenn are very good. Alonso is new in this location but seems ok ... read more

This is a great gym! Everything is so clean & well-maintained. The staff is so friendly and always willingly to help. The locker rooms are large, typically kept clean, stocked with clean towels, and include showers, steam room, & sauna. The gym has a huge floor of various weightlifting equipment, punching bag, turf slab, CrossFit cages, & a basketball court. Tons of workout classes are held throughout the day from 5AM-6PM ranging from cycling, yoga, Zumba, and so much more which you can reservation through the mountainside a... read more

This location kids care is still bad 4 years later. It's more like a library. The girls don't say hi when you walk in, energy is very low and the kids are dead silent. My 5 year old was put in time out for being "disruptive", which is certainly possible. However their version of being disruptive is my 5 year old telling jokes and laughing loudly with his friend. They also said he swung a remote in the air and it was the kid next to him. Kids care has cameras, so this can easily be vetted. If your kid doesn't like to have fun... read more

My son went in to workout with a friend while my husband and I were out of town. I filled something out online assuming it was his "day pass" that he needed permission. Well, turns out it was not permission, those under 18 are not allowed to use a free day pass and have to pay the $22. Days later, I get a phone call from the sales person and explain what happen. She knows very well we are talking about my 14 y/o son, tells me the pricing over the phone (which I later found out that was if you're over 18... does me no good). ... read more

staff does not return messages or phone calls whether for updates on hiring/applicants/interviews or general...which is a complete showing of not having customer service skills, it is rude and unprofessional shame on you rated one star to be able to leave a review i'd give negative stars if possible it's not that hard to return messages!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I decided to join the gym as we are both seniors and we needed to work on our overall body strength. After joining we were guided to meet with a personal trainer and we were assigned a trainer named Emmanuel Class. We have been so extremely happy. First, if you are a senior he is your guy. He listens, he observes, he recommended, he follows up after work-outs to assess your recovery. He asks questions and bases your training on your goals. He isn't just walking around flexing, he is a genuinely caring awesome ... read more

This gym keeps getting worse. The child care has gone way downhill and I don't even want to bring kids here anymore. More and more equipment broken every day, and takes forever to fix. They just got new machines they didn't have room for, so they pushed them into the area members use for lunges, etc. This has led to members exercising more where people normally stretch. They also pushed new equipment so close to the rebounder that you can't really use the rebounder anymore. The new equipment is also cheap crap that uses spec... read more

I have been coming to this gym for over a year and have always had a pleasant experience up until recently. Although it is a great added benefit for the child care with your membership I feel as though the child care department has been severely understaffed or poorly staffed as of the last few months. We used to love the staff and the order they seemed to uphold in the childcare area. unfortunately lately my son has been stating there have been incidents involving older children playing dodgeball and being aggressive/ bully... read more

7 months after canceling my membership, I just learned that they been pulling money from my bank account for all these month every month. Reason for the error: They changed to a "new system" which defaulted to reinstating old memberships. What ? Sounds shady and criminal to me. Is anyone in upper management correcting this , or just waiting until people contact them? Wonder how many dozens /hundreds of people are falling victim to this criminal business practice? What kind of "new computer system" REINSTATES A CANCELLED MEMB... read more
