Great gym with really good equipment. I work out early and it's not too crowded. The morning staff is great. Especially Lauren! Always in a great mood and greets everyone on the way in and the way out. Extremely helpful with any issues I've had. Overall, a great place to work out at.
Love Jo Ann Brass' cycle class, her music is spot on and I can keep up with her pace much better! She encourages class to do their best!
Sundays with Janelle are the best!!! I can't wait for class every week!! So much fun!
One of the few clubs in the area that offer spin classes. Otherwise, I'd go to Planet Fitness

I have lower back problems. I've had 2 trainers that helped a lot, concentrating on my needs and working with me to find good time slots. Special attention has been made with the "stretch fit" program Bo both trainers, Dee has retired, but Zach has come in and really worked with me on both training and "stretch fit". I strongly recommend the fitness center, Zach (as a trainer) and Dee (if she should return). They really listen and work with you for a great experience.
I've been going here for 4 years now, and the gym is always clean and tidy. Many of the front people are always so kind when I walk in and leave. One of them, Matt, always remembers my name and gives me a warm welcome! Overall, my experience here has and continues to be great! Would recommend this gym to everyone.
This is the best gym in the city. I love coming and working out here they treat my kids wonderfully and it is always clean and professional. The staff is great and very welcoming.
Chantel G made my experience exceptional! Her customer service is outstanding, and she's always ready to help whenever you need anything.
