I absolutely love this gym! For the price there are so many amenities. Free sauna/steam room. Free classes. The staff if great. Friendly and always willing to answer my questions about my fitness goals. I absolutely love Zumba by Carlos! He is friendly, professional and encouraging. He also uses lights which make the room feel like a club which is way more fun! This gym also has a smoothie bar with a variety of add-ons. Nice and clean, open lay out, and staff is friendly. Mountainside fitness might be a few dollars more then some places but definitely worth it.

I am SO happy I finally tried out this location. It is not the closest to my house but it's so worth the extra few minutes. Of course it being new means it is the most updated and sparkling location but the sheer size of the place makes it that much better than other gyms. I never knew I needed a gym the size of a Target but I am feeling so spoiled I can't go anywhere else now. At the Happy Valley location, good equipment and classes but the showers in the men's locker room are an absolute joke. The handles in ALL the shower stalls rotate 360 degrees so you cant find hot. Worse, you cant find off so they are left dribbling. The 73rd Ave location in Glendale had similar problems. I dont klnow why MF cant seem to get this right. For the love of God, get new hardware!

There's a reason these people have an F on the BBB. Management at this gym is a joke. The original salesperson didn't go into any cancellation policies extensively, then when we had to move out of town, they tried to tell me "you signed a contract so you have to pay us something to get out of it." Then the DM called acting super helpful and it literally turned into "so you're asking to get out of the contract for $0 so it's 'f mountainside'?" l've been taking my kid to the child center for quite a while now but I've noticed theres issues going on with staff and their attentiveness. I'm coming in seeing the same boy most evenings who is on top of it and doing a great job with the child's themselves. But most employees in the child center, even if to ratio, are not actually doing anything for the children. For example. I truly love this gym. No wannabe influencers filming themselves. There are the occasional campers - people who sit and rest on the equipment for several minutes in between sets, but it is very minimal. The staff are helpful, welcoming, and professional.

They don't care about their member's experience. We have told management many times and by many people. Turn down your music in the workout rooms.
