Great gym! Spacious and clean. Morning crew is friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment to use. Evenings can be a little crowded.
This is hands down my favorite gym to go to in the north valley. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the other members and all the staff. Equipment is well maintained and in excellent shape. Highly recommend coming here!
I've had such a sensational time at the location. Everybody treats me welcomed and with a smile! Shoutout to McKenna and Enrique they are the rockstars at this location. Come check it out!!
Ok so first off let me just say that Mountainside has an amazing upper management team including the President and yes originally my post and rating was very different because I had one bad situation. Let me tell you once upper management caught wind of the situation they contacted me right away and made it right. The President and the senior general manager made sure to bring light to the situation make sure to let me know they were sorry and that they cared!! Best gym in town! Super clean unlike other gyms I've tried! A lot of equipment and a lot of amenities!
I absolutely love this gym! For the price there are so many amenities. Free sauna/steam room. Free classes. The staff if great. Friendly and always willing to answer my questions about my fitness goals. I absolutely love Zumba by Carlos! He is friendly, professional and encouraging. He also uses lights which make the room feel like a club which is way more fun! This gym also has a smoothie bar with a variety of add-ons. Nice and clean, open lay out, and staff is friendly. Mountainside fitness might be a few dollars more then some places but definitely worth it.

I am SO happy I finally tried out this location. It is not the closest to my house but it's so worth the extra few minutes. Of course it being new means it is the most updated and sparkling location but the sheer size of the place makes it that much better than other gyms. I never knew I needed a gym the size of a Target but I am feeling so spoiled I can't go anywhere else now. There's a reason these people have an F on the BBB. Management at this gym is a joke. The original salesperson didn't go into any cancellation policies extensively, then when we had to move out of town, they tried to tell me "you signed a contract so you have to pay us something to get out of it." Then the DM called acting super helpful and it literally turned into "so you're asking to get out of the contract for $0 so it's 'f mountainside'?"
