This gym is really spacious and well-maintained! I've been coming here for 6 months with no complaints.
Just updating my review to make sure it stays fresh! The manager here is rude and nasty and corporate supports the poor way she treats members. Equipment here is constantly left out all over the place and NONE of the employees do anything to tidy up/make it safer. Eos was a great switch with better equipment, staff, cleanliness, and price AND you can bring a free guest.
Without a doubt, the nicest and cleanest Mountainside Fitness I've been in. The one on Carefree Highway in Tramonto needs to come here and pick up some cleanliness pointers.

All good thing, the gym is clean the staff are friendly. The only issue is the number of massage chairs they have. There is typically one that is broken and people are clueless as to any etiquette (i.e., just because you can do 3, 15 mins sessions in a row, if you see people waiting or it is super bust, don't). So another chair or 2 would be great. Also, some more classes for kids that are older. My 7 and 9 year old would love to have more structured exercise activities.
Best gym smoothies around! I wouldn't go anywhere else Mountainside fitness now only has the best equipment as the best staff staff you make. You feel welcome every time you walk in and the protein smoothies made right in front of you are very delicious. I was just bringing a friend. I'm giving it a try.

I like Mountainside Fitness because, as a senior, I get a gym membership, and it allows me to work out and try to keep in shape. Great foR seniors who are on SS. After I get on the massage chair, all my soreness disappears.
