At the Happy Valley location, good equipment and classes but the showers in the men's locker room are an absolute joke. The handles in ALL the shower stalls rotate 360 degrees so you cant find hot. Worse, you cant find off so they are left dribbling. The 73rd Ave location in Glendale had similar problems. I dont klnow why MF cant seem to get this right. For the love of God, get new hardware!

There's a reason these people have an F on the BBB. Management at this gym is a joke. The original salesperson didn't go into any cancellation policies extensively, then when we had to move out of town, they tried to tell me "you signed a contract so you have to pay us something to get out of it." Then the DM called acting super helpful and it literally turned into "so you're asking to get out of the contract for $0 so it's 'f mountainside'?" When I told him they already made out just fine because we paid over $100 for 1 v... read more

l've been taking my kid to the child center for quite a while now but I've noticed theres issues going on with staff and their attentiveness. I'm coming in seeing the same boy most evenings who is on top of it and doing a great job with the child's themselves. But most employees in the child center, even if to ratio, are not actually doing anything for the children. For example. I came in from my work out because they couldn't calm down my child which is fine, but there were children straight up alone and crying while sta... read more

I truly love this gym. No wannabe influencers filming themselves. There are the occasional campers - people who sit and rest on the equipment for several minutes in between sets, but it is very minimal. The staff are helpful, welcoming, and professional.

They don't care about their member's experience. We have told management many times and by many people. Turn down your music in the workout rooms.

I have been working out alone for 2 years but I found a great asset in my trainer Jacob. I asked his boss for a good fit for me and his boss Steven sent me to him. The first session was worth what I will pay for the month. Being frugal I wasn't sure a trainer would add value, and my previous trainer pushed me too hard and injured me which took 6 months to recover. I make recommendations carefully as they are a recommendation that reflects on me.I can't speak for all the trainers but from the General Manager Sean to Steven wh... read more
