I have been working out alone for 2 years but I found a great asset in my trainer Jacob. I asked his boss for a good fit for me and his boss Steven sent me to him. The first session was worth what I will pay for the month. Being frugal I wasn't sure a trainer would add value, and my previous trainer pushed me too hard and injured me which took 6 months to recover. This place is great, they have towels and lotion which is an added expense other places
Aloha Hawaiians, If you're looking for a dance workout look no further than Dance Fusion with Michelle Gregorio. I know there is the apprehension of being new to a dance class, not knowing what to do or what to expect. Class started on time it was easy to follow. I recommend this class for beginners, for people who love to dance and for Expert level dancers who want a perfect some movement. This was a dance class that left me wanting for more. Inconsistent child care management. One day they'll make an exception to something, and then the next day they'll try to enforce a rule that was ok the day before, leading to upset children who are left confused why they could do something one day, and are told "no" by staff the next day.
Love working out here. Super clean My daughter loves the daycare. I never left her anywhere, yet she felt at ease from day one
The facility was super clean, staff was incredibly friendly, and they had a good variety of equipment!
My wife goes here so have accompanied her a few times. Overall has a decent collection of equipment. The gym is spacious and has all the amenities that you may need. Depending on which staff you deal with, your experience may be good or bad but for me it has been nice overall. 3 star because of how staff tries to enroll you to their program with limited time offer fear. Even one time cancellation was not process accurately so we had to pay extra month additional amount.
Great gym with great facilities and classes. All sorts of machines and never a lineup to use them. Lockers are very clean and good to have a sauna room
