Great place for families ! Lots of equipment available even at busy times . Kids club is a definite bonus !
The gym is always clean and the people, at the desk and other gym-goers, are always super nice. I love coming here every morning for my workouts! This gym is a great size and has tons of machines. I'm almost never waiting for my turn on something :)

Been coming here for the better part of 3 years. Been to a lot of gyms in my day but MSF tops them all. The instructors are awesome, consistently here, and very personable. Hailey, Autumn, Pam, and Stephanie are my personal faves. I also love that you don't typically have to wait for machines... it's rare. There's plenty of machines for all the muscle groups. Huge gym, great staff, clean, good protein shakes too.
Clean and big! Not much else you can ask for. Great employees too. I get here about 630 most days and it's never too busy
My favorite gym! Been going for 6 years and have no plans to stop. I love the childcare, the machines and amenities that are all included in the monthly membership. I have tried other gyms but didn't stay because they didn't even offer towels and were always so busy I couldn't get on the machines. I definitely recommend mountainside if you are looking for a place to stay fit.

My family and I love the gym! I enjoy the group fitness classes and my kids both love the kids area. So much to do for the kids and great service.
I have been going to Mountainside for years. After trying multiple others, it is the best quality for the price. Always very clean and I rarely wait on machines.
