overall great bang for your buck. I go to the talking stick location and it was a steam room and a sauna which is great
What an awesome place. I came in for the first time and staff were very helpful in getting me signed up. I did the fitness session with Lane and he was very kind young man. The gym seems pretty packed in with equipment and the locker rooms are nice. My insurance lets me have a free smoothie here. Good place and very nice people
This place was clean, spacious, and the staff there were pleasant to me in the trips I've been there. I would recommend them
Possibly the best experience I have ever had since I started exercising a year ago. Tried a couple of different gyms before hand and I could immediately tell that most gyms are a business first and fitness center second. With that being said Mountainside actually feels like a gym first. Stuff like the protein shake counter is super convenient, giving me more time in my already short day. I love this gym, I've been coming here for about a year. it has equipment and space to facilitate every kind of workout, and the staff is excellent. they're some of the nicest people I've ever been around in my life!
A very clean and very friendly environment. The gym staff was extremely helpful and courteous when helping to get my membership. Couldn't be happier with my choice in a gym.
What an awesome health club! Has a very large amount of free weights and machines. Cardio that is always open. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to getting assistance with anything
wonderful mountainside location with great equipment. towel service is wonderful along with the staff. blake and Jack at the front were very swift with helping me set up my membership. Lane the training manager was very helpful as well!
Amazing staff! I have gone to several of the mountainside locations and this one stands out. Everyone is always supportive and helpful. The classes are amazing and the teachers really took extra time
