CERO STARTS for my review in Mountainside fitness on Pavilion, Scottsdale, AZ., they erased my first review here. They took my I-AirPods pro from a class I was, I left my I-AirPods second generation. Manager not helpful at all here!! I got a police phone report, managers are passing the ball. I stop my membership because I was over charged too and every month I paid different amount. STAY AWAY from this place, they just want your money. SAD!!! :/ :/ :/ :/ :/
Awesome atmosphere. All the equipment you need to have a good workout. Reasonably priced and great staff. Shakes taste great and the massage chair is nice.
Staff is always helpful and positive. The gym is clean and most equipment is always functional.
Awesome customer service! I was charged for personal training when I'd put my account on hold. I was upset thinking it'd never be refunded and I was out of town so could use the sessions. Money returned to my account the next day. Personal trainers are terrific. Knowledgeable and friendly. Meeting my needs where I am helping me reach my goals. 100% recommend Mountainside Fitness.
I love the fact that Mountainside Fitness @ Scottsdale Pavilions meets my needs for working out such as they have Zumba classes, stairmaster & elliptical machine I use for a good 1 hour cardio to get a good sweat from.The physical trainers Essence,Kaley,Alan & Enrique are awesome!
i had a great experience at this gym! I just came in from out of town and the new general manager Aly gave me the rundown of everything! I have no complaints
The Mcafé was amazing. I had a Health nut smoothie. Brianna was the staff member at the cafe and she was friendly, kind, and made us a great protein smoothie. Great work mountainside team!
We LOVE this mountainside the staff is awesome and the amenities are fantastic. The kids club is the main reason why we initially joined. It is the only gym in the area with a very well kept kids club with responsible and caring staff. We love the zero g massage chairs, but would love to have cold plunge, red light sauna and the moms here would LOVE a nail salon or more spa amenities... maybe similar to a lifetime fitness because there is not a gym this way that has both a kids club and a full spa offering.
