Nate & dayan are the most helpful individuals I've ever met at a gym! Got me started with a good membership and honestly they know how to treat the customers with respect! This is one of the cleanest gym and the kids club is the real reason I joined! My son loves it and gets a great workout in the bounce house 5 times a week
Awesome workout today and a great protein shake to top it off. Love the classes too! Love that the gym is close enough to bike to.
Amazing and great location. Had a great time doing cold plunge, steam and red light tonight. Feel awesome and to top off I did a protein shake. Sebastian makes the best shake amongst all the MSF. He is awesome

Great facility - I love the classes & the gym is overall pretty clean. Most of all I love the kids club! No reservations needed and they can stay 2 hours! My kids love the bounce house and gaming center, meanwhile I love to use the infrared and massage chairs for recovery. Was doing the cold plunge for awhile too, though it's a little harder for me in the winter lol Overall good vibes here! Try it out I think they offer a trial run so you can check it out :)
