I love this gym, I've been coming here for about a year. it has equipment and space to facilitate every kind of workout, and the staff is excellent. they're some of the nicest people I've ever been around in my life!
A very clean and very friendly environment. The gym staff was extremely helpful and courteous when helping to get my membership. Couldn't be happier with my choice in a gym.
What an awesome health club! Has a very large amount of free weights and machines. Cardio that is always open. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to getting assistance with anything
wonderful mountainside location with great equipment. towel service is wonderful along with the staff. blake and Jack at the front were very swift with helping me set up my membership. Lane the training manager was very helpful as well!
Amazing staff! I have gone to several of the mountainside locations and this one stands out. Everyone is always supportive and helpful. The classes are amazing and the teachers really took extra time
The Mountainside on Carefree has the best group fitness instructors! Kirsten in particular. She teaches Muscle there and she's very welcoming, engaging and is great on showing ideal form and providing alternative ways of doing the sets. If you're looking for a great place to work out, that has friendly and inviting staff and nice members, look no more! : )
As a former division 1 football player with a Masters in health policy and management, I can honestly say that this facility is on par with some of the best there is. The place is kept immaculate and the equipment is state of the art. After being a member at several larger national chains like Golds Gym and LA Fitness I was initially hesitant to become a member at a place with fewer locations. But I sure am glad I did. Kept very clean and all the workers are on top of cleaning all the machines. I feel safe in there and clean. I have no worries walking in walking in and having it be dirty. It is very clean and kept in shape.
My favorite gym I've gone to. The staff is super nice and friendly. I'm so glad they've been so flexible during such strange times due to covid-19.
