Mountainside has been my gym for a while now. I joined and ended up recommending my girlfriend. She has me go to spin classes on Fridays and it's a great workout. The place is clean and the people are friendly. I would recommend.

I come in every weekend and see these two amazing young men who work front desk. Everytime I come in, they're always dancing and have a huge smile on their face! It makes coming to the gym that much easier. The energy is exactly what I love and need to begin my workout. The managers are extremely helpful and gave me excellent deals on my plan. It was customized to my needs and wants for a perfect gym. From all of your customers, thank you Mountainside!

Gym is super nice and has plenty of equipment. Even during the busy times I always am able to find a cardio machine. Only problem for me, is that their air conditioning doesn't seem to ever be on. Over the last couple of weeks, even in the morning when its freezing outside, I find it to be uncomfortably hot in the gym.

Hi Misty. Thank you for the review. I have forward this onto our manager, Michele, and she said she'd love to meet with you and see if she can fix your AC troubles. There are spots in the gym where fans are not located which can make it seem like it's hotter than usual.
Just because something is lawful doesn't make it right. The gym in Avondale charged me for personal training because I didn't know I had to cancel it in person. When I explained that I had had emergency surgery, they just said there was nothing they could do to refund the charge. There are plenty of gyms around. I will go somewhere else in future.
Once again I was charged another transaction I haven't been to this gym in over a year. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this is absolutely ridiculous. What type of scam is this gym running please everyone watch out!!
if you want a great weight and cardiovascular class, you must go to Mountainside Fitness and attend Cindy Kaul's training classes. She is an expert in both areas. Her classes are fun and easy to follow as she guides you though each workout. it is amazing how you will see your body transform into the firm body you are looking for! I've been a member for 6 years and This gym is great! Very clean and always enough equipment to do what I need.
Great gym with tons of clean equipment and good yoga classes and bit more pricey but you get what you pay for here
