Friendly staff and quality/clean equipment, place is usually well organized. Recommend to anyone. Wish the weekends were open later. Steam room is great!
W gym, with great equipment and gives crazy pumps. They also have a really nice cardio section
Mountainside has met all of our family needs. Other gyms would not take our under the age 2 child, but this gym welcomed them with open arms! A safe place for all! We love it and the child loves it!
I love this gym so much! I have been a member for a couple years and I love it! I love how many machines & places it has to work out. It doesn't feel crowded! Would 100% recommend mountainside fitness to anyone!
Great atmosphere to work out. Staff is always friendly. We love the kids staff as well. The men's locker room shower water is very cold however.
Great gym! Every piece of equipment you could want, from the basics to the more advanced machines. They have smoothies and snacks too that are very popular. A much more reasonable price than the old gym I used to go to and they have promotions going on so you can lock in great prices.
Love mountainside my fav gym. Little more expensive but their child care system is amazing and great hours!
Horrible customer service from the manager at the front desk tonight 1/13 at 2030. On 1/12 I signed up for a 5 day free pass and used the pass at a different mountainside location. I had no issues and enjoyed my workout. I decided to try a location closer to my apartment tonight with my partner. Upon entering, the staff did not greet us and the front desk work sneered at me when she saw I had a 5 day pass not a membership, rude. Then, the manager on duty came over. I signed up for the 5 day free trial and was contacted by a staff member. They invited me to come activate the pass, work out and then discuss options. I sat and waited in the lobby while the representative ignored me and gossiped with a co-worker about another staff member. Finally I was told I needed to pay for a day pass because I was in somewhat of a hurry. Very weird experience and waste of my time.
