Heartbroken. I love the gym and loved my personal trainer but their business practices are so criminal in my opinion. Last October, I had to put a hold on my personal training for a few months while we were traveling. Came in three different days so that I could sign the hold papers with the training supervisor. Beautiful Gym. Nice staff Been a member for many years, and go almost every day - But mainly out of convenience and habit. My recommendation: Go somewhere else!
