Been coming here for a few years. The staff is extremely helpful and the gym is always clean with updated equipment.
I love going here now. The staff is always so friendly and the amount of weights here is enough for even the busiest days
Not only is it affordable to workout here, the staff is friendly, and the cafe has delicious shakes for that post workout satisfied feeling. Get your protein on, peeps! Annnnnd, I love the fact that I can go to any location!
This is one of the best Mountainsides I've been to, the staff here is excellent, and equipment is great.
I've been a member since they opened this location in Desert Ridge; used to go to the Ice Den location. This is a few more miles of a drive for me, but worth it. Today I used the locker room and steam room for the first time. While it is a small steam room, with room for no more than 4-5 people, it was excellent. I will really strive to make it a part of my routine, as the benefits are incredible. I love my gym! Have attended the Gilbert location since it opened and have been stopping in at desert ridge lately. The classes are my go to and they don't disappoint. Lots of variety. Can almost always find something to fit my workout needs. Love it!!
Whatever you do, don't sign up for anything extra here. They say you can cancel anytime when you sign up but then when you try to cancel they say you can't cause you "agreed to x amount of time." Doesn't sound like a trial to me?? Then when you call to try to cancel, no one will help you, speak with you or call you back. It's very poor customer service. Love the staff here always so nice and accommodating.. smoothies are the bomb. Always have a machine to work out on
The yoga classes are great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a very clean facility. This smoothies after a work out are delicious.
