Love this gym! Highly recommend Demy as a personal trainer. If you're looking to learn quality and challenging workouts he is your person! He will push you to your limits and will show you workouts that will challenge you at any level. He also teaches boxing and I've had a blast learning how to box. Truly have gotten so much more out of what I was expecting from personal training here. Even if you have basic gym knowledge if you're looking to learn new workouts/exercises or boxing I recommend Demy!!
This gym is so nice to my dad, he has been a long time customer here. He likes the atmosphere and smoothies made by Sam.
Joined before I worked out there because a Sports fitness doctor recommended it. He must go to a different location. Disappointed. The place and equipment was dirty and old. Elliptical equipment old old. The weights were not female friendly. It smells. And they now use those stupid miniature wet wipes that are terrible for the environment as well as the sewer.
This gym is amazing and worth the price! I go here frequently and there are a lot of different machines, rooms to use, and classes to take! The staff is also great, especially Lizzy! The smoothies at the M Cafe taste amazing by the way! I 100% recommend this to anyone who wants a gym membership!

We have been members at Mountainside on two separate occasions over many years. The gym has always been nice to go to and use over the years and at multiple locations. While not perfect, Mountainside does work hard to take care of its members and keep the gym current and clean. We recently had an issue come up that was unresolved by the staff on site; however, Tony Gilbert, a manager with Mountainside, reached out and very professionally addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. Gym is always clean here and employees are very nice and the people/guests are respectful too. It's in a nice area and has a pretty view walking out of the gym!!! 10/10
Our family really enjoys this location. Employees do a good job keeping the facility as clean as possible. The kids club does a great job and we end our workout with a delicious smoothie.
