I go to both the Carefree hwy and Desert Ridge locations! Both of them are extremely clean, friendly and has great vibes!
My kids love the childcare! They know them by name and not one tear. Are used to not wanna work out because I couldn't leave my kids but now it's a fun thing for them to do.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The gym is clean and love that they have towel service. Love that this location has a sauna and steam room.
As a prospective gym member, I have never been treated so poorly by staff. Extremely rude, unwelcoming entitled teenagers with no common sense, no customer service skills with a "manager" title, or so they say. My husband belongs to the gym, I just moved to the area and now that we're married I was thinking about changing my gym membership. I've been in as his guest a few times, however if I'm changing my gym membership I need to also go on my own time to see if I even like it. I have been here for over 7 years, just minding my own business and training hard. Until last year, I had become a target of racism, slandering, discrimination, and intimidation by some people and the employees in this place. I did nothing bad, just trained and often looked in the mirror to check my form, also all the people I talked to were adults. Apparently, some people didn't like it and began to have racist behaviors. On top of that, some employees had released false information about me, which they were not supposed to... read more
Awesome gym, super friendly staff always greeting you and helpful whenever you need something. The Gym is always in good shape, weights always picked up put away and very clean.
Amazing! Great workout and great cafe! Always clean; great staff and smoothies are great
Love this gym, very clean, with a steam room. Thats a big + . Staff is also very friendly and the machines are very nice
Beware "5day FREE pass" scam... it will cost you $22.50 a day (if you've ever worked out at another gym in this Country). The young chap at the front dest will grab your ID and confinscate it until you pay up. The gym was so so... no more or less then any other gym in the area but 4X the cost. Had they explained the terms beforehand I would have completely understood and made a choice to workout there or not. I paid more for one day then anyone in that gym for a month. I wont be returning.
