Do your research before signing up for any personal training. They will manipulate you in any way they can. I signed up had three days to cancel went back in next day and was sold on a lower rate for three months. Trainer canceled on me regularly and ended up with someone new on my last two sessions. If there was a 6th star that's what I would've selected!! To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. The timeliness in which I can get an outstanding workout is quite fabulous! The machines, mirrors, bathrooms, everything was pristinely cleaned. There were two standout employees during my time at this location Addy and Bailee... WOW! Working out should be a good experience. This location is dirty, they never clean the machines or floors. The same black marks in the women's locker room has been there since September when I joined. I know this because I carry my Clorox wipes and cleaned the area next to the locker I use. The foot pedals on the elliptical's are so filthy you Ned to walk around to find some without which looks like mechanic's oil. Love this gym! Highly recommend Demy as a personal trainer. If you're looking to learn quality and challenging workouts he is your person! He will push you to your limits and will show you workouts that will challenge you at any level. He also teaches boxing and I've had a blast learning how to box. Truly have gotten so much more out of what I was expecting from personal training here. Even if you have basic gym knowledge if you're looking to learn new workouts/exercises or boxing I recommend Demy!!

Joined before I worked out there because a Sports fitness doctor recommended it. He must go to a different location. Disappointed. The place and equipment was dirty and old. Elliptical equipment old old. The weights were not female friendly. It smells. And they now use those stupid miniature wet wipes that are terrible for the environment as well as the sewer.

This gym is amazing and worth the price! I go here frequently and there are a lot of different machines, rooms to use, and classes to take! The staff is also great, especially Lizzy! The smoothies at the M Cafe taste amazing by the way! I 100% recommend this to anyone who wants a gym membership!

good amount of weights and machines doesn't get to packed. service is good too and i love the protien smoothies
