We have been members at Mountainside on two separate occasions over many years. The gym has always been nice to go to and use over the years and at multiple locations. While not perfect, Mountainside does work hard to take care of its members and keep the gym current and clean. We recently had an issue come up that was unresolved by the staff on site; however, Tony Gilbert, a manager with Mountainside, reached out and very professionally addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. Gym is always clean here and employees are very nice and the people/guests are respectful too. It's in a nice area and has a pretty view walking out of the gym!!! 10/10
Our family really enjoys this location. Employees do a good job keeping the facility as clean as possible. The kids club does a great job and we end our workout with a delicious smoothie.
Great environment great equipment great staff. Lifetime quality without the price. Locker rooms are very clean and very inviteable.

I love this gym! I like that you can reserve a spot dor the classes. my kids love to go to the kids space, they have a basketball court and a bouncing house!

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT for Andrea Lasley at Desert Ridge MSF. Andrea (Andi) outworks everybody who either works at MSF or works-out at MSF. I have been attending MSF at DR for many years and I have noticed countless times, Andrea (Andi) is running circles around everybody else. Whether it is placing towels, customer service, tidying up and so much more..... Ms. Lasley is a "KEEPER" EMPLOYEE AND ONE WHO DESERVES POSITIVE KUDDOS AND RECOGNITION!!
Great gym!! Very nice people with nice and clean facilities. Has something for just about any workout you want. Awesome with many convenient locations...highly recommend!
