I had a different trainer today at Mountainside Fitness. Bilal Aoufl was so good! I really had a great workout that targeted different muscle areas! Having a trainer makes a world of difference when you walk into a gym. Ask for Bilal Aoufl for your next work out!

This gym used to be great, but the experience has gone downhill significantly in the last couple of years. Most gyms are busy during peak hours, but going here around 5pm on a weekday has turned into a hellish experience. No equipment open, just way too crowded. Also, a ton of high school kids with no manners or social IQ. It seems like they have had a significant increase in membership given how busy it is now, which would mean they are raking in way more revenue. Heartbroken. I love the gym and loved my personal trainer but their business practices are so criminal in my opinion. Last October, I had to put a hold on my personal training for a few months while we were traveling. Came in three different days so that I could sign the hold papers with the training supervisor. The supervisor was never there when I would come in and nobody else could put a hold on my training. Finally the day before we left, I talked to the membership guy and told him my situation. Beautiful Gym. Nice staff Been a member for many years, and go almost every day - But mainly out of convenience and habit. My recommendation: Go somewhere else! CULTURE - RUDE, BADLY Behaved members - ENABLED by the management. Huh? What? First - I guess because of incredibly effective recruiting, MtSide has a very very large percentage of a. I went in to signup Friday night and the assistant manager Hunter was extremely helpful and professional. He set my family up for the whole year and answered every question we threw at him. We couldn't be happier choosing mountainside!

Fantastic. Management and the workers really care about your experience here. Plenty of weights and cardio. Steam and sauna as well. Only minor complaint is the rich, entitled, ignorant, bro fag Scottsdale crowd members here tend to not re rack their weights. Management should start revoking these prix membership.

Bing I moved away and could no longer use mountainside for the time being so after corona and not be here a while my account has gone overdue and they said I need to stop in... First of all this is the best gym hands-down the Phillies are clean they have everything you need so maybe a hot tub and all the equipment is modern and very well taken care of... I can't say enough about the kids club at the Desert Ridge location of Mountainside Fitness. We love this gym and have visited at least five different locations around us. At this time in our families life, having a kids club that makes us and my little guy happy is key to our fitness success! The ladies at this facility are kind (to both parents and kids), great with the kids, watchful and attentive, and just run a great kids area. No this has not been our experience at every location.
