We love Mountainside Fitness! The facilities are clean. The equipment is well maintained. Child care is outstanding. It's fun for the whole family!

Clean, well put together and great staff. Machines and free weights are always kept in good condition and very clean. Been coming here for over a year and I absolutely love it.

This location refused to acknowledge my yelp free guest pass with check in. The front desk staff was not friendly or accommodating. They looked at it and said I had to pay for a guest pass or do the 5 day pass. I don't understand why they have this check in perk if they won't acknowledge it. It comes up for each individual Mountainside Fitness. I skipped this gym entirely after this experience.

Good if you just do free weights and cardio. Machines are extremely hard to come by and look like their maintenance isn't kept up. Used to live by the Peoria one which is way better. This place is an extremely busy location so actually finishing the workout you're trying to do is a crap shoot as they haven't loaded up with their inventory to match the demand

Decent gym. Nice locker rooms. Nice staff. The bad, This gym is hot and stuffy, all the time. Also crowded with bros age 25-28.

Do your research before signing up for any personal training. They will manipulate you in any way they can. I signed up had three days to cancel went back in next day and was sold on a lower rate for three months. Trainer canceled on me regularly and ended up with someone new on my last two sessions. I finished my three months of training and was told good luck after my last session. Well realized that I was still getting charged monthly for a membership I though was canceled. If there was a 6th star that's what I would've selected!! To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. The timeliness in which I can get an outstanding workout is quite fabulous! The machines, mirrors, bathrooms, everything was pristinely cleaned. There were two standout employees during my time at this location Addy and Bailee... WOW! Working out should be a good experience. This location is dirty, they never clean the machines or floors. The same black marks in the women's locker room has been there since September when I joined. I know this because I carry my Clorox wipes and cleaned the area next to the locker I use. The foot pedals on the elliptical's are so filthy you Ned to walk around to find some without which looks like mechanic's oil.
