I love MSF, great staff, great atmosphere, the trainers are amazing to. Wouldn't want to be with any other gym!!!
I love this gym. I have been to a couple of different guns in the valley and this place is by far the best. I'm a hockey fan and you can see into the ice den from the gym. Perfect if you had children on the ice. They offer so much for it not being huge. Come work out at Mountainside!
Gotta be honest, at first I was not very satisfied with the gym or the staff but over time I really do love the one off Shea and 116th. I don't like ice den because it is small and I feel like I'm in a basement. The one off Shea has a couple trainers that are super helpful and down to earth but a few that walk around all cocky and unprofessional. The facilities are clean and they have a large variety of equipment. Overall I'm pretty satisfied.

I like gyms where you have a small town feeling. Everyone is nice and outgoing. The staff is more then willing to help with anything you need. It's never extremely busy so your always able to use what you need or work in when needed. My favorite part is the kids care. The staff doesn't just sit on the computer and talk to their friend while ur kid sits in a corner. The play games, run around, and even watch movies with the kids. I came in to tour Mountainside on a weekend at this location, When I walked in there was no staff anywhere. I waited and waited and finally 20 minutes later someone showed up. The guy, I think bob, was extremely rude. Seemed like he just got done working out. He claimed he was the assistant manager but had no customer service at all. He took me on a tour and completely rushed through it. I asked about childcare and his response was, "Yeah we have that." He did not even give me any information about it. I've been a member here since January 2014 and this place has changed my life. I come every day and I've never been more motivated to be healthier than I did before I became a member here. The staff is awesome, the gym is clean, and there's never too many people. Everyone is friendly and it just feels like a second home. Plus the fact that the Coyotes hockey team likes to use the workout room on special occasions adds for an extra bonus. I've been going to Mountainside at the Ice Den since they opened. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The manager, Ralph, is especially friendly and seems to have a great rapport with his staff and the members. I also have used Steve for personal training and the experience was great! I like the small size of the gym as it isn't overwhelming.
poor service , rude customer service and they open late on saturdays quite frequently , and there cardio machines are dirty most of the time , i wouldnt refer a friend to this place theres much better out there......

I've been a member now for about three months and have really enjoyed this gym. It's not too big and not too small. The staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. I'm here 3-4 times a week and it's never been so crowded that I've had to wait to use the equipment.
