Our entire family uses this facility and we all like it. I wish their were more yoga classes after work hours or on Saturdays. I am a little puzzled as to why they are closed on Sunday at 5:00? The sign says 9:00. Maybe short staffed or everyone went home to enjoy Halloween? Besides this all of the employees are always nice, helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and nice.
I've been coming to this gym for years. Plenty of equipment to get work done and never have to wait. The facility is very clean and staff always available to help with any questions.
Small fitness center but gets the job done. The staff is always very kind. Parking lot seems busy everyday but the gym isn't packed. I have enjoyed going to this location for a while. Thank you
Guys, this is the Platinum Mountside Fitness! This place is awesome! Never too crowded and has way more of a private feel to it! Highly recommend over all the other clubs around the valley. The staff is always welcoming and making sure everything is up to par. Harrison at the front desk is the man! Great service and is welcoming to all members!
This location is by far the best one. Mountainside Fitness in general is an amazing gym but the Ice Den location just has that vibe to it. Staff is very friendly, the gym itself has so much equipment and is super clean too. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.
I am about to celebrate my 4 year anniversary at Mountainside Fitness Ice Den location. What an amazing journey it has been. When my family and I first started at my gym home all I did was cardio(it was June and it was hot!). I was open minded and started doing yoga. Great teachers were patient with me and helped me. My husband and I were members for several months when MOUNTAINSIDE was open but our original health club was still closed. Mountainside is clean it offers a lot of classes. it felt like home for the months that we were members.
I love coming to this Mountainside Fitness because it's clean and the equipment is nice. Elena & Hannah are both so friendly and helpful with anything I need. All the staff are great actually. Love this place!

I LOVE this gym! All the Mountainside locations are great but this one and arrowhead are by far my favorites. Staff is so friendly. I believe it was the general manager or maybe assistant gm (her name is Katie) gave me the BEST tour and was so personable! She answered all my questions with ease and clearly loves her job! Everything is always so clean and pristine and it really feels like a community. Definitely the best gym I've ever been a member of. 10/10 recommended
