Love this location! Smaller than the others but the workers make an effort to make sure you're well taken care of and it never gets too busy.

Love the gym, classes are great. Was easy to sign up and easy to cancel membership when work load took over all my time. James Jones in membership was especially awesome And I am back!

**Management** The past few times I've been there, a few of your treadmills and elliptical machines were not working. One made a clunking noise whenever anyone got on it so it was a big distraction. Not a deal breaker but since it's a smaller gym, you should have all machines working for your members.

Mountainside Fitness Platinum is awesome! It's a smaller gym compared to the other MSF gyms. You pay a little extra per month at Platinum and for that reason, it keeps a lot of heavy lifters and kids out of the gym, no offense, just want a quick workout without grunts or kids playing around on the floor. Super awesome friendly staff. They do have complimentary iced water you can refill you water bottle with but it taste like tap water, so try to avoid it unless you're super thirsty OR drink away if you like the taste of wate... read more

The equiptment is very poor condition, packed in a space too small for the proper safe use. Several requests to the managers verbally and by email go unanswered. Dumbbells are missing many of their weight amount labels. Ab bench is so rusted it is no longer able to be adjusted. The Mangement focus is so customer unfriendly and it shows in all aspects of running the gym in a professional manner. Hopefully a new management team could address some of the unsafe conditions.

Love the equipment here, most gyms do not carry the AMT Precore trainers. The layout is a bit odd but it works. Parking can get extremely packed so keep that in mind if you live close walk! Staff is pretty laid back and cool. Locker rooms are the nicest of any mountainside in the valley.

The management staff is completely rude! They have no sense of what proper customer service is, or how to treat a client. Nicole was rude, unprofessional, abrasive and unapologetic.

This is my personal favorite Mountainside Fitness location. Although some machines and weights need a facelift or to be updated, the atmosphere and clientele is more important to me. It feels that the people there are actually there to workout instead of showcase or observe others. Smaller gym but it doesn't get crazy busy which is great! Also attached to the ice den is cool, able to see into one of the rinks from the gym.

I hate to write this review. However, it is time others are aware of what I have witnessed for almost a year. The floor in the gym has bubbled in several locations. When I say bubbled, I do not mean just a little. The raised bubbles are over a foot and several feet in some locations and about 4 inches in height. I mentioned this to the club manager that this was an existing safety hazard about 7-8 months ago.
