The equiptment is very poor condition, packed in a space too small for the proper safe use. Several requests to the managers verbally and by email go unanswered. Dumbbells are missing many of their weight amount labels. Ab bench is so rusted it is no longer able to be adjusted. The Mangement focus is so customer unfriendly and it shows in all aspects of running the gym in a professional manner. Hopefully a new management team could address some of the unsafe conditions.

We do have maintenance on staff 2-3 times a week at this location as well as an outside company that comes and fixes our machines when needed. Depending on the issue, it can take up to one week to fix. Love the equipment here, most gyms do not carry the AMT Precore trainers. The layout is a bit odd but it works. Parking can get extremely packed so keep that in mind if you live close walk! Staff is pretty laid back and cool. Locker rooms are the nicest of any mountainside in the valley.

The management staff is completely rude! They have no sense of what proper customer service is, or how to treat a client. Nicole was rude, unprofessional, abrasive and unapologetic.
This is my personal favorite Mountainside Fitness location. Although some machines and weights need a facelift or to be updated, the atmosphere and clientele is more important to me. It feels that the people there are actually there to workout instead of showcase or observe others. Smaller gym but it doesn't get crazy busy which is great! Also attached to the ice den is cool, able to see into one of the rinks from the gym.
I hate to write this review. However, it is time others are aware of what I have witnessed for almost a year. The floor in the gym has bubbled in several locations. When I say bubbled, I do not mean just a little. The raised bubbles are over a foot and several feet in some locations and about 4 inches in height. I mentioned this to the club manager that this was an existing safety hazard about 7-8 months ago. I love my little gym.. Small but it has everything you need and isn't swamped with those annoying type of gym people. Sometimes it's a little dark or a little to warm but other than that it's a great gym.
I've been going to this gym for years, and I love it. It's small which is nice, gives it more of a personalized feel. That kid Arin at the front desk is always so nice and helpful as well. Top notch guys at night. He's been my go to guy for 5 years, they need to make this man a manager or salesman, always great with the members. Keep up the great work mountainside! You've got a few great members on your team!
This is officially my gym. It has nice clean equipments however very small locker room for girls and even smaller steam room. No spa or pool but is close to my home.
Classes for days!! I can find a class to take everyday if I wanted too. The facility is nice and clean. They have a steam room. The only thing they don't have is a pool which almost pushed me to sign up with The Village, until I saw the price. This place is great for the price.
