My 1 star review is based on the 2 encounters I've had with Mountainside Fitness, 1 being online when i signed up and the other being a phone call. (Really, It's about the phone call, signing up online was easy) I signed up online to this gym on a month to month plan, knowing that I probably wouldn't use the membership that often and I didn't want to commit long term. Great facility. I love having access to all locations but I do enjoy this smaller club. Members and staff at this location have a great energy. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Weight equipment is new, functional training area is fun, and televisions on the cardio equipment make cardio more engaging. Definitely recommend the yoga classes for mobility and recovery.

I've been coming here for a couple of months now and really love it! It's on the small side, but has everything you need. The staff is always super friendly, everything is clean and they have a lot of classes. I do wish they had some advanced or intermediate yoga classes... the ones here are for beginners. But, other than that, I've had great experiences! Mornings seem to be slower, so it's easier to use all of the equipment... which, the equipment is really nice btw. Not a lot of "muscle heads" here either lol Very diverse ... read more

The gym itself is fine. The locker rooms and bathroom being upstairs is kind of annoying. This review is for the staff. They charged me for 3 months of personal training to my credit card they required to have on file. I haven't used 1 of the sessions due to a health issue. However, the "training manager" refuses to refund my money or even text or call me back. I've called, emailed and texted multiple times. This guy is a total scum bag and just after your money.

I love the customer service at this location. Every employee greets you with a smile and wishes you a great workout. Always clean and stocked with fresh complimentary water/lemon water and towels. I also get free tanning with my membership and can visit any location. I prefer the ice den location because it's about a 2 minute drive from my office making it super convenient. Platinum Club is a small, yet cozy gym. They have every machine, and a steam room. Their located in right behind the Ice Den. Sean the GM is always positive and makes me feel welcomed every time I see him.

I love training at Mountainside Fitness. The gym is clean and the trainers are nothing short of exceptional. Mountainside Fitness has helped me become the best I would like to be. Thank you so much Mountainside Fitness for all of your amazing training

Great spot to toss some weights back and check out the babes. This gym has always made me feel so comfortable, since joining back in 2015 I have lost nearly 10 pounds and am still shedding. They have complimentary water which is to die for. Check this place out for some good weights.
