Great gym, great staff. The smoothies are the best part of the gym. I've been a member for five years.
Been a member of Mountainside for a few years. Nice facility, professional staff, great equipment and recent upgrades made to the locker room. I recommend this gym all the time to colleagues. I have one serious concern; the cell phone use in the men's locker room is out of control and violating everyone's privacy. I don't understand why guys bring their cell phone when they are in the steam room and sauna. Don't cell phones overheat in extreme heat? great location. Great service. Great prices. I used to be a member at the Village but I can get so much more for half the price. I signed up for personal training sessions with Stephen Peters. He offers exceptional customer service! Absolutely happy with the services, quality, and prices. If fitness is your main goal, Mountainside fitness particularly this location is the best. Also ask for Stephen Peters and Isaiah.
This place is the most goated gym every. The employee RYAN made the best shake I've ever had before. He's the man!

I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and expected a time consuming sign up process with extensive sales pitches to try to get me to sign up for more of a membership than I needed or could afford. I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! I love this gym especially the kids club. The girls there are doing an amazing job. I always have a good experience. They have a really good range of equipment here
