There equipment was perfect and clean and the instructors helped me work on my fitness and were nice and clear with me my personal favorite gym
The best place to workout! The staff is very kind and helpful and the red light therapy is the best part of my morning!
The gym itself has excellent facilities and is well maintained, which I truly appreciate. The equipment is modern and there is a wide variety available. However, the overall environment is not a good fit for everyone. The music is consistently played at a very loud volume, making it difficult to focus on workouts, even with headphones. Additionally, the atmosphere seems primarily geared toward a much younger crowd, which may not appeal to members looking for a quieter, more inclusive fitness experience. the only way i could ever be able is to get my own car to work for a month or so before the pandemic hit so that my parents can have the money for the trip to my house or something and then go back home to do my car and go back home to my mom would have a job to myself
