I went in today at 8AM and front desk staff got me with a fitness professional ASAP, set me up on it yeah month-to-month membership easy and quick! Also booked me a free fitness assessment!

Locally owned. Nothing but respect for Tom and how he’s grown this business all over the Valley. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I love working out here!
They have a great selection of classes. Pilates, Stretching, and Barre. It is a huge facility. Very clean. Lot's of equipment. What needs improvement is the training of the staff at the front desk. I received incorrect information 3 times in 2 weeks.
My enrollment process was extremely easy and fast, thanks to a bright, helpful, friendly membership person. Plus, the membership fee is way reasonable. My first workout proved that every piece of exercise equipment I could ever want is readily available. Thanks Mountainside.
