First and foremost, I have got to say that Mountainside Fitness as a whole company has their process from 1st mile to last mile dialed in in a very good way. Although there are a couple of gyms that need some work in the realm of "Customer Service" and I cannot help it because I'm a sales person at heart, some assistance in "sales." Absolutely love coming to this location! Amazing instructors and an added bonus is the MKids! I feel so comfortable dropping off my little guy to hang out and play while I get a workout in. All the girls that work there are so sweet and welcoming! I know he is always going to have fun.
Shout out to Mountainside fitness in Paradise Valley for being amazing gym. Had a phenomenal staff . Amazing management updated new equipment great atmosphere I literally go out my way just to come to this location cause it's the best one in Phoenix. Also shout out to Robby (personal trainer) great kid. He knows his stuff everybody should definitely come to this location if you're looking to get a great work out and have a good time.
I love this gym! I love the Silver Sneakers Class! The instructor, Sharon Goldstein is amazing. She is so positive and skilled. She is so welcoming and positive! I'm new to fitness and was nervous to try this class. One day in and I'm hooked! The GM Justin is awesome too
I just started going here. I love it so far. Although I'm not sure the lady signing me up gave me the best deal and they also play their music so loud you can barely hear what you're listening to on your headphones
