love the Mountainside in PV. GREAT place, lots of equipment. The protein shakes are killer. Thanks to Blake today for mixing up a great shake for me today.
This location keeps their music on the PA system at 11. 85 percent of the customers wear headphones or AirPods, yet the music is so loud it makes it difficult to hear your own music. I think it's because there aren't speakers in the reception area and management is unaware for how they're punishing their customers.
I love this gym I go almost everyday, great saunas and steam room. Amazing experience
The service was incredible! I had a wonderful time getting a lift in there. Everyone was so nice and gracious. Definitely recommend!
Been coming here for 4 years and the location has gone downhill very quickly. The bathrooms are never clean, the sinks are disgusting and never stocked with soap (even at 5:30AM lol). Have seen multiple guys in sauna shaving. Overall nice employees, but for the cost it's an absolute lack of care. Also the trainers that utilize the exercise room need to be given a course on how to tell people to move nicely. The whole facility honestly feels very hostile and unkept.

Hello, my name is Harry, I have mild autism and a nonverbal learning disorder. It is often hard for me to communicate with others. This is not the case with Mountainside. The staff are highly trained in the art of customer service. Each member takes the time to learn the person coming into the gym's name and greets them with their name and a smile.
