Love mountainside. Jaron needs a RAISE! He is the BEST face to see when entering the gym and ALWAYS remembers names and SMILES. He's so helpful and kind! I never want him to leave!

First and foremost, I have got to say that Mountainside Fitness as a whole company has their process from 1st mile to last mile dialed in in a very good way. Although there are a couple of gyms that need some work in the realm of "Customer Service" and I cannot help it because I'm a sales person at heart, some assistance in "sales." Kaylynn, John, Justin are always great! I lost my ring about a month ago. I would ask now and then, but no ring. Kaylynn was in the locker room and noticed it tucked under a locker and it was returned to me!! The gym is always clean and stocked...mostly because of Kaylynn!! At least the ladies side. We are there every evening and always greeted with a hello and a smile. We stop to talk sports with John. It a great part of our day! Thanks, The Kramer's

Absolutely love coming to this location! Amazing instructors and an added bonus is the MKids! I feel so comfortable dropping off my little guy to hang out and play while I get a workout in. All the girls that work there are so sweet and welcoming! I know he is always going to have fun.

Shout out to Mountainside fitness in Paradise Valley for being amazing gym. Had a phenomenal staff . Amazing management updated new equipment great atmosphere I literally go out my way just to come to this location cause it's the best one in Phoenix. Also shout out to Robby (personal trainer) great kid. He knows his stuff everybody should definitely come to this location if you're looking to get a great work out and have a good time.

I love this gym! I love the Silver Sneakers Class! The instructor, Sharon Goldstein is amazing. She is so positive and skilled. She is so welcoming and positive! I'm new to fitness and was nervous to try this class. One day in and I'm hooked! The GM Justin is awesome too

I just started going here. I love it so far. Although I'm not sure the lady signing me up gave me the best deal and they also play their music so loud you can barely hear what you're listening to on your headphones

The best Mountainside in the Valley, however wish they could get away from the Hoist machines and could get a more well rounded fully body representation of machines as well as more updated and more cable machines. Also wish their Peak Performance zone was in a room and not part of the gym floor. It's distracting and not inclusive as well as takes room from their weight floor. Love this facility and especially love the daycare! The women working in the daycare are beyond amazing with the children. Jessica is so wonderful at what she does in there!, as well as Brie and all the others! I have a 15 month old and hadn't brought him to any sort of daycare before this but they have made me feel comfortable with their attentiveness and kindness.
