The front desk staff is very well managed and is always on top of things. whenever I have a question they're always open to answering it and helping me out and are very friendly. The new management has been amazing with getting things done in a timely manner
This mountainside fitness is the best location. It is always so clean and the staff are always so helpful. I always feel so welcomed by the worker Maya Honig and have the best conversations with her. I LOVE THIS LOCATION SO MUCH!
Very nice gym and the customer service at the front desk was just as nice. Maya helped me check-in and was very pleasant to speak with. Glad this is my go-to gym now.

Best gym, great equipment and super clean locker rooms. The nicest and most welcoming staff working at the front desk. Super helpful young guy named Olson (I think) helped me with all my questions. 10/10 recommend!!
I absolutely love it here at this location. Never too busy, never have I experienced equipment malfunction, and never...NEVER have I seen front desk employee, Owen Harrison, with anything but a big smile on his face and a welcoming attitude. Always have a great time getting my pump on at Mountainside Fitness!!
This is my favorite gym ever! The best staff ever and it's always super clean and they have a lot of equipment.
