I love this gym! I love the Silver Sneakers Class! The instructor, Sharon Goldstein is amazing. She is so positive and skilled. She is so welcoming and positive! I'm new to fitness and was nervous to try this class. One day in and I'm hooked! The GM Justin is awesome too
I just started going here. I love it so far. Although I'm not sure the lady signing me up gave me the best deal and they also play their music so loud you can barely hear what you're listening to on your headphones
The best Mountainside in the Valley, however wish they could get away from the Hoist machines and could get a more well rounded fully body representation of machines as well as more updated and more cable machines. Also wish their Peak Performance zone was in a room and not part of the gym floor. It's distracting and not inclusive as well as takes room from their weight floor. Love this facility and especially love the daycare! The women working in the daycare are beyond amazing with the children. Jessica is so wonderful at what she does in there!, as well as Brie and all the others! I have a 15 month old and hadn't brought him to any sort of daycare before this but they have made me feel comfortable with their attentiveness and kindness. The child care center in this gym is what takes it from good to great! The manger, Jessica, is amazing - my children absolutely love her and talk about how much fun they had! The facility is always so clean. It's a great feeling being able to get my workout in and know my littles are happy and safe! If there was an option to give more stars, I would!!
been coming here for almost 2 years, and it's my favorite gym to this day. Always kept very clean and the vibes are always great. The environment is very positive and I recommend to all my friends all the time.
All you need for a great workout in the area. Clean facilities and the staff were very accommodating. Ellysa was extremely helpful.
Gym is great and perfect location for us. The 5 star review is for the childcare and the amazing staff! The ladies working there are attentive, super friendly and our son lights up when he hears them calling out his name. We feel great leaving him there, the rooms are always clean and many great toys available for the kids. It's nice to have everyone remember you and make the kids feel so welcome in the space. Wonderful job!
Love this gym! The child care is the best I've ever experienced. The child care workers have made it a priority to get to know my children and they go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of. My daughter especially loves the singing time they do every morning. The manager, Jessica, is so kind and helpful. I never worry about my 3 kids while I work out and I can not recommend this location enough!
