Always clean and everyone is wearing a mask who works there. They are following CDC guidelines completely. I go there about 6 days a week and never had a problem. I hope this gym stays open because this is good for people like me who use the gym for good mental health. Please please stay open for my sanity !!!!!!

Finally the long anticipated Mountainside Fitness - Paradise Valley is here! This location took over the La Camarilla Tennis Club and couldn't have happened at a better time. Unfortunately La Camarilla only had their Pickleball and Tennis Courts booked daily while inside's fitness center and gym was a ghost town.. Members are a priority until you ask a question about charges on your account and then they are "busy" and put you on hold for over 30 minutes. Call back and told they are busy and will get back to you eventually. Unless you are buying something no one seems to care, third time this has happened and fed up.

The gym is good and the equipment is good but unfortunately I have to leave 1star because of their customer service and been billed twice for 8 months now. I signed up for a membership and then I realized that I can get a lower price through my insurance. As a result, I stopped by and informed the General Manager of the store who asked me to email him the details. Hi, Mountainside is a great gym with convenient locations all over the valley. I was a happy member for 3 years. I had to cancel my membership in Dec 2023 because I was leaving the state. The cancellation was easy (or so I thought). Amazing gym! Clean! Friendly staff - Brendan and Eliana were the greatest. Lots of equipment. It was busy but didn't feel crowded. 10/10 recommend

Cindy Kaul is a wonderful fitness instructor trained in weightlifting and cardiovascular fitness! Her classes are fun and easy to follow. if you are looking to get in shape her classes are a must! she is easy to follow and instructs you the right way to gain muscle and strength! you don't keep looking at the clock, you are having too much fun! I am strong and in the best shape ever! Both strength and cardio classes are AWESOME!!!

Updated facility, plenty of machines or areas to work out. Outside area and dedicated stretching area. Steam and dry sauna in locker room. No pool at the PV location on Shea.
