Verified Renter I am a resident since 2002 and what I like in this community is the staff at the office, the maintenance the cleanness of the roads, but the only thing that I do not like that 1- Some of the resident they dump their garbage outside the dumpster although the dumpster is empty and I do not know why plus 2- They do not obey the stop sign and the speed limit they keep driving without even stopping

Verified Renter The grounds are beautiful and safe. My husband and I have enjoyed our 15 month lease here. Our neighbors have always been friendly and nice. There are people of all ages and stages of their lives that live here. It really is a wonderful choice for those not ready to buy a home but want to feel like they have a home.

Tennant Review I have been a resident at Muirwood Apartments since June 2018. Muirwood is a large complex of over 1500 units. Daily maintenance is challenging. Brandy and Stephanie, in the business office, have done an outstanding job in improving the quality of maintenance in the last year. Blown away by the negative reviews I’ve been a resident of Muirwood for many years, and I’ve switched units twice to acquire more space. I was always able to see the exact unit that I would be renting before I signed anything or paid any money. I now reside in The Reserve and my complaints are few. I’ve found management to be fair and reasonable for the most part. Any complaints that I’ve ever had were quickly addressed. Verified Renter Muirwood is in an excellent location. Reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly, especially Brandy, the service coordinator. The maintenance process has made significant progress in the last year. We are very happy with our apartment.
