Terrible would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting here. This was easily the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance and customer service were beyond unacceptable — completely unresponsive when it actually mattered. We were forced to live in the apartment while sewage was backing up and spreading throughout the unit. Extremely rude management The management is very rude and doesnot even listen to what resident is trying to say. They are very good till you sign the lease later on you are just dumped

Verified Renter Maintenance management is terrible. Overall management is terrible. Paying steep rent for “luxury” apartments. I had a leak that persisted from the ceiling in my kitchen for over a month. It took approximately two months for the drywall to finally be repaired. I had a leak in my guest bedroom from the ceiling. The leak was repaired in a couple days, but they left a hole in the drywall for over two months now, no word on when they will be out to repair a hole in the drywall. Verified Renter Rents are too high and maintenance service is worst. Office staff is very rude and they do not appear on time. Staff always say that they are busy on priority work which i believe is total lie.

Verified Renter Good neighborhood and well-maintained landscape, but they will take ages to fulfill your maintenance requests. Sometimes they will cancel on their own.

Verified Renter I've moved here over 2 weeks ago & I can say I won't be renewing my lease here! The apartment itself is ok, I have large closet space but for the price my shower faucet is rusted. You can hear doors from other apartments slamming & the main door doesn't lock. I'm on the 3rd floor & my floor vibrates from the neighbors underneath me.
