Verified Renter I have been a Muirwood resident for 15 years and find it a good community in which to reside. The property is well maintained and service requests are handled in a timely manner. The recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms are very nice. I would recommend Muirwood to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment with easy access to all the shopping, activities, etc.offered in Farmington/Farmington Hills.

Verified Renter It's a very safe place to live. I feel very comfortable going on walks and taking out my trash at 10pm. Residents are friendly and respectful. Visitors told me they are very impressed with the gate house people. And I appreciate the office following their rules. In my last apt complex the manager broke all the rules in the lease.

Verified Renter I like living here. The community is spread over quite some land and I can just walk from one entrance to another to cover about a mile or distance. I love that there is short trail inside the community as well. Community is clean and maintains the grass pretty nicely. Security at the entrance gate is friendly as well. I also like the pool, volleyball court and tennis courts inside the community.

Verified Renter Love the sense of community. Commendable when considering enormous number of units. Front office staff always exceeding highest expectations. Especially Candice, Alicia and Brandy. Kenneth from maintenance assisted me in assembling by vacuum cleaner although was not on any work order.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 26 years this month. I like the location, the size of the apartment, and the fact that I have a carport. Many places dont offer one. However, I notice that my carport leaks and has leaked for many months, especially during a rain or snow melt.
