Verified Renter They are expensive with very poor Management and maintenance service. Very arrogant leading staff. They think even if we leave some one will occupy the units.
Verified Renter Looks nice. When things are functioning properly it's a good place to live. If something needs repair, it may never happen. Nobody will ever return a phone call or message. Every 2 months there is a new mandatory way to pay rent with ever increasing penalties.

Verified Renter The apt is roomy, i like the private entrance and it is quiet and the closeness of the carport. The community staff is very friendly. A friend of mine referred me here.

Verified Renter A peaceful setting. Wooded. Ducks and geese are common sights near the ponds and grassy areas. I even saw a deer here on the property once.

Do not rent here I am not a very picky person when it comes to cheaper apartments but this place is awful. The apartment is constantly boiling hot in the summers no matter how cold you have the AC at and the maintenance people don’t care to come a assess it for many months. They don’t respond to their phones or emails making it impossible to get ahold of them when you need something. Their office hours are not helpful either if you work during them.
