It's fine The property is fine. Not great, not bad, just... fine. The unit I lived in was a simple, non-renovated one. It had some issues, like the oven fan not working, the stovetop was crooked, the bathroom tub was a little rusted, etc. There were bugs that came in every spring/summer, but by winter there were less. I did have to buy some bug spray though. Maintenance and the office staff were notoriously hard to get a hold of, but otherwise it wasn't a bad apartment during my 1-year stay. DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management is awful, it will take months for major appliance to get fix. There will be no communication on their end to you about when it will be fix. I told myself it couldn't get worse, but it always did.
Verified Renter Don't live here. The unit you see on the tour looks night and day compared to the one you will rent. Terrible quality inside the unit, terrible craftsmanship, not worth the money at all. Just as bad as a college apartment (only bigger)

Verified Renter I lived many places in my life, and I've never not enjoyed them, until muirwood. This is the worst place I've ever lived. Incompetent and uncaring staff make the mediocre apartments all the worse. There are so many living options in the area. I recommend finding a different place.
