Would give it negative stars if I could Don’t waste your time here. They take your money, give you a bad living situation, and don’t listen to you to make it better. I’ve heard bats being in the apartments, I had cement in my toilet and took them 3 days to fix before I threatened them to pay for a hotel, and they entered my apartment without telling me to drill holes in my ceiling. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst place and the worst people.

Verified Renter I recently moved into Muirwood this past Sunday. While moving into my apartment there was a very potent odor that was left over from the previous owner. Since I had to get out of my old place I had no choice but to move all my belongings in. I have spent the past few days fumigating my apartment and moving my stuff back and forth all over the apartment so I can shampoo and clean the carpets. Verified Renter I love stays in Muriwood. but after pandamic the level of maintenance is very low. i know its not easy to get the sufficient workforce to complete those task. but they should send appropriate email on the ETA.

Management and maintenance is horrible! RUN AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! it seems we did a huge mistake when agreed to move in here. Our unit is the corner upper in the 2stories building. Recently our neighbors below changed and then the hell started. They are having a small 3 years old kid and expecting to have one more very soon. As well as some adult is snoring greatly at night.
