Verified Renter My experience at Muirwood apartments has been terrible and I would not recommend anyone live in this complex. The customer service is horrible, the office staff is not helpful or kind. Work orders take an astronomical amount of time to be completed.

Verified Renter Muirwood apartments is safe and beautiful community , the common spaces are and the lawns are maintained well , however handling the maintainance services for emergency and non emergency requests are not upto mark , it takes a long time for the technician to come and attend and many times it doesnt get resolved at the first visit.

Verified Renter Pros: The location of Muirwood apartments is great, it has many "green areas" around it, the security personnel is very friendly and I personally like the distribution of the different building units. Cons: The majority of the management is very rude, they are not friendly at all. Verified Renter Review mostly negative. The staff was very helpful to have us sign the contract when I moved in 2 years ago. Since then, there is barely any follow-up to my requests (maintenance or other inquiries). It is unacceptable to have a dishwasher left unrepaired for 4months, pandemic or not. When I also wanted to renew my lease about 7-8 months ago, the staff was extremely rude to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

Verified Renter not a great community because many residents smoke marijuana in their apartments here and that smell does not only stay in their apartments but also spreads throughout the building and your apartments also. if you and your children are not comfortable smelling that 24/7, then you are better off moving here.

This includes the large outdoor pool, the indoor pool/sauna and gym, the sprawling areas of grass/hills and nature trail to enjoy long walks, and gated entrances. However, I do have some complaints as well. First of all, the "sidewalks" are not conducive to safe walking-- they are very narrow and right on the street, whereas there should be a small grassy barrier between the sidewalk and street.
