I was there today visiting my wife whom is in a behavior unit there. What I saw was unbelievable, my wife had the same clothes on that she had on a week ago when she was taken there. Her clothes was filthy and they was telling she didn't any clothes there which was a lie cause I sent clothes there with her and have taken more there since then. This hospital to me do not seem to care about their patients at all. This is the worst place I ever visited, and pray my wife is release from there very soon. Am seriously considering... read more
the hospital and nursing staff are great. I need emotional support and got it. however the social worker who signed me into the hospital as I was voluntary, decided to spread my business for me. we had already had a conversation about me despising having ppl spread my business. the first day in out patient therapy she decided she needed to tell everyone I had been in the hospital. it wasn't her place and you can bet I wont be back.
My young adult son was there for about two months and I had no contact with him the entire time. They didn't ask for any history, they were rude, and when he asked them to give me the code they hung up on me!! Worst hospital ever. If you need Psychiatric care go to Skyline Madison Campus. They know what they're doing over there, and they keep in touch.
My Dad was sent there and released a couple of days later. They basically said he was an alcoholic, which he is, he has no motivation to stop drinking and he's clinically depressed. Their advice " Remove all the guns from his house." They called me to come get him and I asked " Can he walk?." The answer I received was "Yes, he's been walking while he was here just not very far." When I picked him up, he couldn't even get in the car, much less walk or stand. It's suppose to be a psych/rehab/senior friendly medical facility... read more
