i recently left Trustpoint Hospital where I have NEVER received worst care! I was only able to meet with a real physician one time then they threw me to a HORRIBLE PA. He would not listen to anything I had to say and told me everything was a problem. I have NEVER felt so bad about myself as I did when I was there. not only that but they feed you garbage for every meal! I would NOT recommend trustpoint to anyone or their loved ones!

i was admitted here voluntarily when i was 17 (2021) and this place traumatized me more than anything i've been through. there was one person i fully trusted, ms milly. from medication issues to almost being attacked by another patient i will say this place has taught me to not reach out for help again. Dr Patel is also the WORST doctor for young women. the night nurses were the worst i've ever seen. i could write a novel about what this place put me through.

I was admitted to TrustPoint Hospital when I was 11 years old after trying to escape my abusive household through a failed suicide attempt. They strapped me down in an ambulance and tied me to a wheelchair when we got out. I was partially naked with just a hospital gown on, and the first thing they did was put a camera in my face and record me. When they had me strip the remaining cloth off me, they had a female staff member feel around inside my genital region. I didn't consent to it, and I was traumatized. I was placed in... read more

I had a terrible experience. I was barely fed they did not give me my clothes for days. Until I had my father call and complain and then they brought me my clothes. I witnessed several patients have extreme health issues and no doctors were called. One that sticks out of my mind is one of my fellow patients and there was a diagnosed epileptic I had to alert them several times that she was having seizures at one point I witnessed the charge nurse ask if she was known to have seizures. I have celiac disease and was unable to e... read more

Let me start by saying that the rehab part of the hospital was amazing for my father, who is 85 years old. The nightmare started when it was time to go home. I was sat down with a case worker (Lindsey) and a social worker (Laura Ann). I was told everything that would happen when he went home and that they were available to help if we had problems after leaving. The problems started immediately and I was never called to be told problems even existed. Everyone seemed to blame the insurance, but when I called the insurance... read more

im a 12-year-old that was put there due to a suicide attempt, the workers there were friendly, and the food there was nice aswell. please note that I was in the unit for minors, the people in this unit can range in age from 10 to 17. I'm guessing the shitty reviews are coming from the adult unit.

We are in dire need of a revamp of our mental health services offering. Caregivers meant well, the process, screening and staffing poor. My son who voluntarily admitted himself after we discussed as a family that he needed coping skills, rest and counsel, didn't feel safe here, and I would agree. He suffers from bouts of anxiety and depression. Administration openly admitted they placed him in the wrong wing in error as they didn't have beds available when he arrived; he was in the psychotic section which you can only im... read more

This facility is not worth one star. My dad has been there for 7 days and my family knows nothing about how he is doing. I've called and left messages. They are never returned. A pin code won't help you because social workers don't answer the phone or returns calls. I work at a hospital and we do not treat patients nor family members like Trust Point. The name is ironic because we have to trust my dad is being taken care of but based on what I've experienced so far, I would not even send my pet there. This facility is a disg... read more

My wife was checked in here for a 72 hour evaluation, and coerced to sign herself in "voluntary" under the threat of being held for 2 weeks. Upon her discharge we discovered one of her wedding rings was missing from her belongings. I've called numerous times to different people at different levels with precisely one call-back for more information, then afterwards complete silence. I've called and called and no response. They have a serious personnel problem if they are losing or stealing property, but they don't have any... read more
