The "doctors" are not very good or professional. Need new doctors asap. They prescribe me medicine just so they can say they prescribed me something no actual work put into any of it. Sucks

I have never been in the position to deal with having a loved one in one of these type facilities, but should it ever occur again, it will absolutely NOT be at TrustPoint. I was told by an EMPLOYEE that the limited call hours are 7-10am (which actually are 7-9am), and 8-10pm, HOWEVER the chances of 1. Getting someone to answer the phone during those times, 2. Getting ahold of your loved one AND/OR 3. If you CAN'T get ahold of them good luck getting your message to them to call you back. I've called no less than 30 times dur... read more

I went here with my friend; both of us were there to seek therapy and psychiatric help. We were evaluated and the girl who evaluated me told me I fit inpatient therapy ( I only had thoughts of self harm/suicide, but with no attempt or plan on doing anything, so I didn't actually fit their criteria) and that I would be forced to stay with no say so in it. Rehabilitation is why my uncle was transferred after having several strokes. Very disappointed from the start. After spending a week at St. Rutherford he was discharged to Trust point. Don't misunderstand everyone here is very nice...but nice doesn't cut it when nothing else is happening (eg, vitals, nutrition, PT). Since Friday Oct. 6th he has only had therapy 2 times which they explained why. I am disturbed by what I saw and heard. My husband was in for a week. He came home and was worse than when he went in. He had lost over 16 pounds in a WEEK. He said he was freezing and starving in there. He said the food was ok just never fed them enough. Over medicated. Didn't sleep. Started having night terrors. Wtf no theraphy at all. No doctor sessions. The social worker opened my eyes. I asked about diagnosis and she said well we said bipolar but that was so his insurance would pay for it all but we really don't know. For those who put their kid in this place, I do not recommend it. All that they do is watch tv and hang out and no ac and is very cold. they don't allow kids to call someone even if it's really important unless it's scheduled for it. not very helpful nor improving for the kid. please do not pick this place. and plus, no phone.

This facility allowed my sister no concern until she was on her death bed. They only sent her to the hospital after she was severely dehydrated, sick with a UTI, and respiratory infection. My sister lost her life, if you care about your love ones please don't send them here. They don't allow contact so you won't know until it's too late!

I'm so glad I found this page. I thought about coming here..... After reading all the reviews I will be finding another place. Thank you everyone for all the reviews. Each of you saved me more trauma .
