We were referred to this facility by the Williamson County Medical Center, located on HWY 96 in Franklin, Tn, and we're extremely disappointed upon arrival. This secluded, drab, unprofessional facility doesn't deserve a second of praise. Trustpoint is the worst place you can send your child for psychological help. No help from the staff in regards to basic communication, mystery doctors who WON'T or CAN'T meet you in person to talk about medications, and an inconsistent schedule makes this place a fucking nightmare for the w... read more

Dr. Mollette is terrible. My father was in here for rehab. They sent him home without explaining insurance or which doctors to contact. They tried to take the pick line out without talking to his infectious disease doctor. The only reason we found out to talk to them was because his neuro surgeon, Dr. Moran from St. Thomas West talked to us and told us they were not doing what they were supposed to do. Dr. Molette has been impossible to contact and won't even reply to his St. Thomas West doctors who actually know what they ... read more

One word: Nightmare. Being admitted: My family and I realized that my mental health was declining. We called Trustpoint Hospital and asked if they had any beds available, they said yes. We arrived shortly after. I was in no healthy mental state. I was bawling my eyes out, physically shaking, & on the verge of throwing up. My mother signed paperwork and then I was hauled off to a room. Later in my stay, I find out I was taken to the disabled ward because there was no beds available where I was told I would be placed. When b... read more

Even though the visit was pre authorized by my provider - they required I pay $5,800 before releasing my daughter. Shortly thereafter my insurance also paid them $5,800. This happened in 9/2021, I have left at least 6 messages and have spoken to at least 3 people who confirm the overpayment. They do not return my calls - I am still waiting for the $5,800 I paid 3 months ago. Extremely unprofessional asking for payment for preauthorized coverage before releasing my 16 year old daughter. Made worse by the lack of responsi... read more

I went there, and they basically snuck a bill for $4,000 up on me. This was after they were sending bills for $0.00 for a few months, and I called them multiple times to find out why they were sending bills for $0.00 every month. They didn't call back most of the time, and when they did they said I didn't need to pay any more. Then, suddenly *bam* a $4,000+ bill! Not a helpful place while you're in there either. Felt like jail, except most everybody in there is certifiably diagnosed as having some mental disorder or problem.... read more

Somebody removed my original from the reviews so I'll add a little more here. Just got my additional bill for the medical personnel. Ok. But I called to pay the bill and the person (not automated, hmmm) kept asking me unusual questions. Even the parent organization gets a 1 star from me. A Punch & Judy operation with a bunch of Bozos thrown in. WOW1 My original review. I wish I could give lower than one star! Cluster... mess from the word go. From the date we admitted our minor daughter we were repeatedly given incorrect ... read more

TERRIBLE place to go! I wanted to go for therapy and was told benefits had to be verified first. All fees were told up front to me, which was a standard copay for Therapy. I refused to pay the full amount up front so they told me I HAD to pay the copay everyday that I went in, before I even went into the room. Ok, fine. After the week, I got a bill for $1,200 more because they billed it completely different than what I was told and promised. I called to discuss the bill and they NEVER called me back. A year later I FINALLY ... read more

If I could rate zero, I would! My 19 year old daughter was sent there from the medical facility we first went to through the ER. She was transferred to TrustPoint before we had time to even research hospitals. Her issue was anxiety, depression, sudden onset of psychosis. There's not any administrative help and the policy appears to be that communication with family is not permitted. Patients suffer alone and do not receive timely visits from any health professionals. She was neglected due to the fact that the week nursing st... read more

Zero if it were on the scale. The most nightmarish place and environment one could even imagine. Patients are treated worst than 3rd rate citizens. While there I asked if some medical tests could be run and was told I was not there for medical reasons so no. You are treated as prisoners. I tried to venture into the hall to visit another man in the room next to me and I thought they were going to arrest me. I was also on some specific meds at home and asked for them and NEVER got them. When I arrived I was told at my l... read more
