I don't type reviews much, but I felt like this was something I had to share. I went into Murrieta Oaks Vet. today with the expectation of having to put down my senior pitbull. Sydney, our vet tech, was beyond kind, patient, and listened to my concerns and worries. Dr. Lee was amazing, she checked everything and anything she could think of to find answers, wasn't pushy into any treatment, gave multiple options and listened carefully and responded with compassion. All vets and techs are wonderful with our dogs. Very caring and patient. When our maltipoo was a puppy he had parvo and they were able to save him and he's now a healthy 6 yr old

This is for Ashley? Front desk! I called with some questions because I had found a bird and she was so extremely helpful! She went above and beyond! They couldn't take the parakeet but she gave me some information on what to do until I found the owner! This was top-notch service and I'm so grateful for all of her help. She definitely made this location look so different from a majority of the businesses here. She cared and she was friendly and she was helpful and she wasn't trying to get a fee out of it! Great veterinary for those that are looking for one. Customer service is great along with the wellness checks and shots. They have increased on their prices for shots also look out for the additional recommendation on shots and diagnoses. You might get a diagnose that is not true so be weary and understand what they are telling you.

I can't say I ever look forward to visiting Murrieta Oaks Veterinary, but that's only because vet visits usually mean my fur baby needs care--and, of course, the costs that come with it. That said, I do appreciate a few key things about this clinic. They have three vets on staff, making it easier to get an appointment, and I love the convenience of booking through their app. Plus, the fact that they're open on Saturdays is a huge bonus. Earlier this summer we adopted two, two month old Great Dane puppies. Normally we adopt older dogs, but these two were the last of an accidental litter of 13. Yes we are suckers for the big dogs. Our problem was, what are we going to do with them while on vacation that was scheduled in a few weeks. To the rescue was Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital & Pet Hotel. I want to thank the vet for getting back with me and I'll call them on Monday. I always love going there. I always like the staff and the doctors. I just wanted to get him medicine for his ears for his allergy ear infection he already had his yearly so I didn't see no big deal about it, so I just been dealing with over-the-counter medicine and he still needs an anabiotic thank you

You can tell that the staff really takes care of their clients and pets. Had an emergency and they were able to take my dog in the same day.
