Kelli was amazing!!! She was understanding amd showed empathy throughout a difficult situation with my dog. Please recognize Kelli as she is a complete value add to Murrieta Oaks Vet hospital.
Keli helped us today with my cat that injured her foot. She was very nice and accommodating. Especially since it was an emergency she still was nice enough to get us in. Tried to find us the best solution possible.
Buddy saw Dr. Geruntho and Kelli today at Murrieta Oaks Vet Hospital. They were both so loving and gentle with him. He is not a fan of having his ears examined. They made him feel comfortable and he did great. Highly recommend!
My baby boy Lab was declining fast and didn't want to get up, eat, go for walks, or do anything. I knew it was time to let him go. We called a few places and were considering getting someone to come to our home but no one was available that day. I called our regular Vet and she was outrageously over priced at $750 to come to our home. I called Murietta Oaks and they made it possible for us to get him there within 3 hours. Excellent..very friendly..took good care of our Poncho! He was happy and calm. I have been coming here for 5 years. All staff and vets are amazing and helpful to keeping our fur babies healthy!
I have been a pet owner over 50 years and have been to dozens of veterinarians from San Diego county to Riverside county. Absolutely, hands down the best veterinarian hospital in Southern California! Customer service, friendliness, followup is so important to me. Murrieta Oaks Vet is TOP NOTCH. I left my last vet due to poor customer service.
