Called to follow up about my dog's visit today and I was lucky enough to have Tricia assist me. She was so kind, fun to talk to, and you can tell she spoke with a smile and from the heart. I hope to meet her one day! She had me end the phone call with a smile- that's top tier customer service. I would come back because of Tricia. She deserves the recognition of being kind hearted and serving her patients as if they were someone she's known since forever.

Dr. G. Was wonderful and took time to answer every question we had. Looks like this will become a long time relationship. After loosing our fur baby a month ago and starting fresh with out new baby she reassured us on each step of the way.

This is a great place to take your pet! Every person there is kind and helpful! Dr Thakran is knowledgeable, kind, friendly and efficient. She is very easy to converse with, too. Vanessa, the technician was thorough and helpful, too. And very kind and friendly. The staff helped to make my cat Kiké's experience as calm as possible.

Great place! Stephanie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She clipped our pets nails even though he's really bad at getting them cut. Making this place our new go to.

My dog Bentley was not happy about going to the vet. He was frozen at the door and refused to go in. Vet tech Kayla is amazing and she helped him feel comfy and carried my 60 pound Doberman to the exam room. Thank you!

This place is great. They truly care for your pets and their prices are very fair. Only downside is there's never anywhere to park. We used to go to Banfield and had to switch because they are totally clueless and don't actually care about your pets

To be honest, at first this vet rubbed me the wrong way as I took my older dog in for an anal gland expression on my lunch break & it took them almost 10 mins to come out to get him. But I gave it another try & they were great! We unfortunately had a pup that had distemper & all of the vets/staff were so great in helping us handle his situation. He unfortunately didn't make it but knowing the staff cared so much and helped us along the way was comforting. We still bring our older pup & even our new little guy. I would reco... read more

We have been coming to this veterinarian for years now and absolutely love everything about it. The staff always take amazing care of us and are honest about the work that needs to be done and the cost of everything. Today, we were seen by Dr. G, Summer, and Vanessa to assist with a hot spot that my pup developed from some irritation on his backside. They had to shave around the hot spot as well as take his blood, but they handled him with such care and said he did very well. I'm sure their comforting demeanor helped him to... read more
