This was a very easy transaction. I was able to schedule and be seen for an anal gland expression (same day) for both of my standard poodles. The staff is nice and friendly, and can easily handle a dog that doesn't like vets . The prices are reasonable, plenty of parking, and I'll be coming back for anything else my dogs need. I'm very happy with this vet.
I took my dog to this vet for a 3rd opinion for treatment plan and was very impressed with Dr Lee's recommendations. I will likely start taking my pets to this location moving forward.

Our Lab was declining fast and didn't want to get up, eat, go for walks, or do anything. We knew it was time to let him go. We called a few places and were considering getting someone to come to our home but no one was available that day. I called our regular Vet and she was outrageously over priced at $750 to come to our home. I called Murietta Oaks and they made it possible for us to get him there within 3 hours. We use Murrieta Oaks as our pet hotel for our Golden Retriever and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Our dogs know when we arrive and get super excited. I love how the staff remembers them and come out to get them by saying their names and giving hugs. Their boarding prices are fair, the dogs get walked and played with and are taken good care of. I highly recommend Murrieta Oaks anytime you need a pet hotel! Very reliable and kind people.
We have always received decent care of our two Frenchies here at this vet. My only complaint is that just about every time I call, I'm asked to be put on hold. I'm on hold for close to 6-7 minutes before I just hang up.

We could not be more pleased with the entire staff at the Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital. Our Labrador Wille decided to swallow whole an avocado that had dropped on the ground before we could grab it pit and all. We called and were immediately seen within 30 minutes. They were able to get him to throw up the entire avocado avoiding costly and potentially dangerous procedures that might have been needed if he had not been seen immediately. Called to follow up about my dog's visit today and I was lucky enough to have Tricia assist me. She was so kind, fun to talk to, and you can tell she spoke with a smile and from the heart. I hope to meet her one day! She had me end the phone call with a smile- that's top tier customer service. I would come back because of Tricia. She deserves the recognition of being kind hearted and serving her patients as if they were someone she's known since forever.
Dr. G. Was wonderful and took time to answer every question we had. Looks like this will become a long time relationship. After loosing our fur baby a month ago and starting fresh with out new baby she reassured us on each step of the way.
This is a great place to take your pet! Every person there is kind and helpful! Dr Thakran is knowledgeable, kind, friendly and efficient. She is very easy to converse with, too. Vanessa, the technician was thorough and helpful, too. And very kind and friendly. The staff helped to make my cat Kiké's experience as calm as possible.
