The technician that helped my puppy and I was so gentle and nice. I was nervous about taking my dog Dodger to the vet for his very 1st check up. Both the vet tech (I did not get her name ) and Dr Thakran were incredibly helpful and I was at ease that he was getting the best care. I definitely recommend taking your furry friends here!
My girlfriend and I found this vet because it was close to my house and I can say after I had been going to other vets farther away, this is THE best vets office I've been to. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about your animals and they don't make you feel unwelcome in any way. I've purchased the paw plan for my older minpin, and it's been a HUGE value, I recommend it to anyone I come across. This office is so accommodating and DR. G was so sweet with my little Sammy when he passed away. I will be bringing my new dog here as the staff seem very caring and I like how you can call in the am if you have an emergency and they try their best to see you ASAP. The prices also seem reasonable.
This is the third vet in a year that I have taken my dog to and I was really happy with our experience. My dog is very large, and the last vet I took him to didn't seem to know how to deal with a dog this size. He's 13 months and currently weighing in at 135 lb. To top it off he's pretty nervous in the vet setting (as most dogs are). The vet and tech handled my dog really well and were patient with him and his nervous wiggling. They're Very Friendly and Knowledgeable at Murrieta Oaks. Marleau is a very shy and timid dog. He has trouble feeling comfortable around strangers and often feels scared. At Murrieta Oaks they found a way to make him feel comfortable and loved. Marleau is over weight and they gave us a meal plan for Marleau to lose weight. 2 weeks later Marleau lost 2.5 pounds!!! Wow! Although this place still does curbside service I will say I am happy with how attentive they are and how well the vet has communicated with me through the phone . It's a very fast and easy appointment .
The people who work here are amazing. After dealing with a very poor veterinarian and rude staff at Neuvo vet hospital the people at Murrieta Oaks were refreshing and what you expect from great customers service and your vet. The Veterinarian and techs were literally on the floor examining and loving on our dog, Jammer! Thank all of you for being kind and caring professionals!!!!
My Mr Cuddles was diagnosed with diabetes on a Tuesday, the vet I took him to was a very small place so they had to refer me to a vet hospital who handles diabetes patients. Mr C's urinalysis test for the diabetes was the highest color on the chart & therefore needed care right away. I called 5 vet offices with 4+ star ratings on yelp closest to me & they all had a 2 wk appt dates & 3 of 5 could have cared less, per the receptionists I spoke to.
