Although this place still does curbside service I will say I am happy with how attentive they are and how well the vet has communicated with me through the phone . It's a very fast and easy appointment .

The people who work here are amazing. After dealing with a very poor veterinarian and rude staff at Neuvo vet hospital the people at Murrieta Oaks were refreshing and what you expect from great customers service and your vet. The Veterinarian and techs were literally on the floor examining and loving on our dog, Jammer! Thank all of you for being kind and caring professionals!!!!

My Mr Cuddles was diagnosed with diabetes on a Tuesday, the vet I took him to was a very small place so they had to refer me to a vet hospital who handles diabetes patients. Mr C's urinalysis test for the diabetes was the highest color on the chart & therefore needed care right away. I called 5 vet offices with 4+ star ratings on yelp closest to me & they all had a 2 wk appt dates & 3 of 5 could have cared less, per the receptionists I spoke to. This place is WONDERFUL! Everyone is so kind and compassionate. I can really tell they love and care about all the animals that walk through their door! Despite the difficulties of continuing business as usual during the pandemic, they have never let it get in their way of serving the animal community. With a dog and 2 cats, vet services and the cost can be daunting, but the plans they have available is really great! I love Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital and Pet Hotel. They are very curious and knowledgeable. They handle my doge with care and patients. I feel comfortable bring my dogs here and confident that they will receive the care they need.

I called many vets to try to get my dog, Fitch, seen. I was in panic mode as Fitch has never been sick before and we were scared. Everywhere I called said they did not have any availability but didn't even care to ask what was wrong. Then I called Murrieta Oak. Initially, I was told there were no openings, but they cared to asked what was wrong. After I told them, they told me to take Fitch in. Their customer service was excellent and they kept us updated all three days.

My 20 yr old cat stopped being able to walk one day. Even though this hospital and others were booked out for a while, they put me on the cancellation list and it helped and I cannot thank this place enough for that. When we found out the cause, the vet was incredibly upfront with me about the costs and the factors of quality of life. I really appreciated that. My cat took a 180 this week and it scared me. I didn't know what to think and became very worried. My usual vet only had far out appointments. I called this location and they scheduled a sooner appointment. I was still optimistic being that she was playing and eating the week prior. They ran multiple tests and the prognosis seemed grim. It was so hard to digest because all my cats had lived into their late teens. The vet was honest and empathetic.
