The delays such as the deed and water test could have been told to us at the beginning so we could finish it asap and not have the delays. We could have done that stuff right off the bat and got this done faster.

Shawn was incredibly attentive and responsive. I was a first time home buyer and he was able to clearly and concisely answer all of my questions (no matter how menial or basic). The Mutual of Omaha team also hustled as we were pushing to close in 30 days.

Shawn was able to get us approved for a conventional loan . Instead of an fha loan. Which came a complete surprise. As other lenders told us we didn't or could not get one.

Shawn is great to work with. He seems to always be on the clock and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Just someone that does their job well, which is hard to come by now-a-days. We had a very complex purchase situation and he walked us through every step.
