Complete information provided. Requests for documents were clear and reasonable. Extraordinarily prompt response to questions. My only suggestion would be to add a "due date" to requests for document review that need "immediate attention." I am a retired college professor who has lived with due dates for decades.

Working with Rory was a great experience. His knowledge of the whole process was amazing. My case definitely was one of the difficult ones, but Rory handled it eeally well.
