Robert was very good to explain every step. He was available anytime I had a question (even on weekends!). He made this process so easy and I was very comfortable with him handling my refi.

It took A long time to get it finished, but STACY was right there the whole way he kept me very informed on what the next steps would be. I’ve never had better service at all then with STACY this was my third Refi and on my third home and by far, it was the best ever.
