To say that Mr. Jarboe and his staff deliver below average service is definitely an overstatement. This team, is made up of a bunch over procrastinating, careless people who REALLY don’t give a rats about their customers unless maybe you have a very high ticket loan that’s worth closing the deal on time to them. They didn’t send my file to their underwriters until the morning of closing so my loan NEVER closed!
