Better communication and more related updates through the process. Lacked in keeping us posted with changes that took place without us knowing and springing on us that more money was needed to make deal work at the end. Felt a little slighted from our original arrangement. But Max is a very nice and delightful young man. It was a pleasure working with him and I was overall satisfied with our connection.

Being my first time and deciding not to hire a real estate agent on top of that turned out to be a personal challenge. Scott along with Rebekah, Rachel and Sara all helped in the process and answered questions that I probably should have had a agent for. They made me feel like the challenge wasn't too big for me to accomplish and im very thankful and appreciate every one of them for that and just the overall patience and sentiment that they were working with me in this.

Scott was always very responsive and answered all of my question. He was upfront and honest about all fees and there was nothing unexpecte. He made it an easy experience abd and went out of his way for our best interest.
