Mr. Sherman was always willing to listen to questions and clarify any answer with his knowloedge and sincerity and compasion. There was never a moment where I felt pressured or felt as if I wasn't valued. This was without question the best experience (as far as his involvment) that I have ever had working with trying to obtain a loan.
